    Crown stays sexual assault charge midway through Day 3 of jury trial

    Our client elected trial by judge and jury. After thorough preparation and cross-examination of several Crown witnesses, the prosecutor stayed the proceedings midway through the third day of trial.

  • Not Guilty

    Client acquitted of sexual assault; assault charges stayed

    Charged with sexual assault and seven counts of assault causing bodily harm, our client was acquitted after cross-examination revealed inconsistencies and a motive to lie. The Crown stayed the remaining charges.

  • Notice of Administrative Penalty Cancelled

    IRS Fail (2nd occurrence) cancelled on review

    We showed our client had not been advised of his right to a roadside appeal under the Traffic Safety Act. The decision-maker agreed and cancelled the Notice of Administrative Penalty.
